Damir Ismagulov vs Rubenilton Pereira fight added to M-1 Challenge 72

Damir Ismagulov (6-2) is a promising lightweight fighter from Russia. He represents "New Stream" Team and "Boets" Fight Club. Damir is a well-rounded fighter with great striking skills. He moves quick around the opponent and posesses a deadly danger at far distance of the fight. Ismagulov leads 3 fights winning streak with only 2 career defeats. Damir should have become the Lighweight title contender and face Alexander Butenko at M-1 Challenge 71, but unfortunate injury crossed over those plans. Now Damir is ready for a comeback where he faces a sudden prospect from Brasil in person of Rubenilton Pereira.

Rubenilton Pereira (16-3) is a 23 years old lightweight prospect from Brasil. He is a well-rounded fighter with a solid fighting spirit. In his non-title fight with Alexander Butenko, Rubenilton showed extraordinary perseverance and almost finished Butenko during the fight. However, suffering a decision loss in the end, Rubenilton Pereira impressed M-1 Global management so much that he got another chance to prove his TOP-level of fighting. Now Pereira will face the fighter who was planned to become the next title contender!
