I think the finals will come down to the Cro Cop/Wand winner vs the Carwin/Amir winner.

First off I like these brackets a lot and having TK as the hidden participant is perfectly fine by me and it even has some legitimacy to it considering TK had a win over Thompson who is signed with Bellator,if you put it in perspective
Thompson holds a win over Lashley so what does that say about TK at 45.

How I see the rest of this tournament going is Cro Cop tko/ko Wanderlei simply because he hasn't fought since 2013 and has also been suffering from memory issues and concussions which can't be good for his chances in the tourny,in the next fight Baruto v.s TK I'd have to say this one is a toss up but one thing for sure is that TK will be more of a threat than Fujita or Aerts was and than there is Carwin v.s Aliakbar which is an interesting match up because Amir is a gold medalist I think in wrestling and just absolutely mauled his first round opponent but with that aside Carwin is a whole other animal
and is much larger than Amir and not to mention experienced at the highest level of mma and I think this will make the difference, the final match here is Moldavsky v.s Bajor and I gotta say that Bajor was impressive in his last fight against Teodoras who is a beast in his own right and Bajor just stalked him down and bullied him to a decison and against Moldavsky I see the exact same thing happening.

The predictions above would leave Mirko,Baruto/TK,Carwin,Bajor,from here I could see Mirko beating either of the two on his side of the tournament relatively easy putting him in the finals,as for Carwin against Bajor I would like to think Carwin would pull that one off but I was just so impressive by Bajor and his size and strength should be taken into account but for the sake of making a pick I'd say Carwin makes it to the finals against Mirko and in that fight I would have to say Mirko has the advantage everywhere in that fight he is faster a real legit striker with years of competition and has been much more active lately and has been having success,so that is my prediction for the GP.

I'm thinking Amir.

I got Crocop>Wanderlei
Baruto>Kosaka
Amir>Carwin
Moldavski>Bajor

Crocop>Baruto
Amir>Moldavski

Amir>Crocop.

I'm not confident in picking Amir over Crocop, but I see him as the tournament dark horse.

Well I voted for Wanderlei because I would really love to see him win another grand prix in Japan but I'm doubtful he can even get by Cro Cop.

Anyways I'm taking Carwin to win. But I'm really disappointed Jiri couldn't make it to the final 8.

Crazy carwin is getting a better opponent in his return then fedor has fought since his return.

Tk beat thompson who beat lashley but mma math means absolutely nothing.....lashley destroyed thompson in their rematch and id say Lashley destroys tk as well hes so much bigger.

Tk is a decent fill in he will bang for sure and if he can get it to the ground i think he beats baruto handily

Especially if cro cop can drag the fight into the later rounds carwin doesn't exactly have the best cardio carwin is a front runner starts of strong then tends fade .

^Exactly, I agree. I don't think he has the cardio to make it through two fights in a night if they drag on at all.
